All water supplied by UK Tankers is potable, drinking water quality and is fit for human consumption under the drinking water quality regulations. 

We hold several licenses for the different utility main areas resulting in us being able to draw water from all networks across the region. All of our employees are EUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register National Water Hygiene Scheme) trained and hold certificate records to evidence that they know how to safely abstract water from the networks into our Tankers & Tanks. The equipment our technicians use to draw the water complies with the  Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999  &   Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations. 

Once the product has been abstracted from the network, it is sent off to the  water treatment works, where it is disinfected - generally using chlorine to make it safe for human consumption.
